Merge Compensation Rares

Many of the rare values went up or down due to different values in different hotels. In an attempt counteract this, Habbo gave gifts to make up for the lost value.

Possible Compensations

Travel Trunk

All users received a Travel Trunk, although this is not considered by users as a rare item as it is not tradable and there are many in game.

Ultimate Machines

Ultimate machines were the first tier of compensation items given to those whose furniture value changed by a small amount. There are three variations: Red Ultimate Machine, Yellow Ultimate Machine and Blue Ultimate Machine. These items are believed to be inspired by the novelty Useless machines found around the world.

Carps

The second tier of compensation items came in the form of carp fountains and these became the most wanted items from the set, the gold and black ones being the most popular. Different colors were given for different levels of wealth compensated. There are six variations including: Blue Carp, Green Carp, Red Carp, Silver Carp, Golden Carp and Black Carp.

Ultramarine

The compensation item which had the greatest value and given to those only who lost a very large amount during the 2010 merge was the Ultramarine which in appearance is a yellow submarine.
