The Canvas Slip Ons was created and released in March 2016 as part of a new batch of purchasable clothing.
Background
As purchasable clothing was becoming more and more popular a new batch of clothing was released in March 2016. This batch included rare items of clothing and non-rare items of clothing and was the biggest batch of clothing to be released at one time.
To supplement the new clothing updates a fictional character (who was a fashion guru) called Myrtle was created. Myrtle was used to introduce and support the new clothing ranges that entered the Hotel.
The Canvas Slip Ons cost 4c and as of now is still in the catalog. It can be seen demonstrated by Myrtle below:
